The Health Foundation for Western and Central New York appointed Carol L. Quarantillo manager of finance and administration. Quarantillo previously served as the director of finance at Planned Parenthood of Western New York. She has an MBA from Medaille College and a bachelor’s degree from D’Youville College. Also, the foundation promoted Amber L. Slichta to vice president of the foundation and Kara Williams to program officer at the Syracuse office. Slichta is a Canisius College graduate and a master’s degree from D’Youville College.
Collins & Collins Attorneys named Michael C. Lancer a managing attorney and A. Peter Snodgrass an associate attorney. A graduate of Fordham Law School and a U.S. Army veteran, Lancer will devote his practice to personal injury and veterans’ legal issues. Snodgrass is a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Law. As a combat medic in the U.S. Army, he served two tours of duty in Iraq.
First Niagara Financial Group appointed Nanette D. Albiani-Gross senior vice president of mortgage operations. Albiani-Gross previously was the vice president and regional operations manager at HSBC Mortgage.
The Western New York Grantmakers Association named Connie Campanaro executive director. She is a University at Buffalo graduate.
Niagara University promoted Thomas A. Chambers to associate vice president for academic affairs. Chambers, currently chair of the university’s History Department, has been a faculty member at the university since 2003. He previously taught at Albion College, Siena College and Skidmore College. A Middlebury College graduate, Chambers obtained a master’s degree and doctorate from the College of William and Mary.

Odrzywolski joined the company in September 2012 as a senior regulatory specialist in the Compliance Department. She has more than nine years of experience in the health insurance industry. Odrzywolski received her bachelor’s degree and her master of business administration degree from the University at Buffalo.
