MAYVILLE – The Chautauqua County Legislature will consider a law to prohibit tobacco use of any type on any county-owned premises, when it meets at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Gerace Office Building in Mayville.
A public hearing on the proposed tobacco law will be held at 6:45 p.m.
In addition, the Legislature is scheduled to review the lease agreement with the Chautauqua County Airport at Jamestown. Silver Airlines is the current operator at the airport.
