A man who passed a police checkpoint with a fictitious inspection sticker Monday night was found to have 1,050 bootleg movies, police said.
Antoine C. Williams, 44, was driving on Bailey Avenue near the Kensington Expressway when he encountered the checkpoint, according to officials. His license was also found to be suspended, police said.
