A Millicent Avenue man has been arrested for at least the fourth time for public lewdness, Buffalo police announced Tuesday.
Gerard Schuh, 25, was taken into custody after a woman reported that he had followed her in a car from Women and Children’s Hospital while she was walking her dog and then exposed himself.
Schuh was convicted of public lewdness last October for exposing himself to two women at Bailey and Dartmouth avenues, and he served the maximum sentence of 90 days in jail.
In July of 2011, Schuh was sentenced to probation after a public lewdness conviction, but he exposed himself to a minor the following month and was sentenced to a year in prison.
