BASOM – State police have issued a missing person alert for a Basom woman last seen at a Main Street bank in Clarence Monday morning.
The subject was identified as Joy A. Howard, 49. Police also said Howard may be traveling with a former Basom man identified as Williams B. Capen Jr., 51.
Howard, who has hazel eyes and brown hair with blond highlights, is 5-foot-4, 120 pounds, and was last seen wearing a black zip-up hoodie jacket with a green dragon logo on the back, a black sweater and blue jeans.
Capen was described as is 5-foot-5, 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police in Batavia at (585) 343-2200.
