A 67-year-old man was charged with third-degree criminal trespass for allegedly entering the Buffalo Creek Casino at 1 Fulton St. early Monday.
According to a Buffalo police arrest report, Alvin Webber, no address given, had been ordered never to return to the casino after a Jan. 1, 2009, incident.
He was arrested there shortly after midnight.
