Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo is expected to discuss his new budget proposal in Buffalo Thursday during an 11 a.m. presentation at City Honors School.
Sources who have been alerted to the visit said they were asked to attend the event, which is expected to be similar to other budget presentations Cuomo has slated around the state. He scheduled a similar session outlining his 2013-14 budget proposals today in the Bronx.
The governor’s office would provide no details of the Thursday event.
