Free tax help will be available by phone or online Tuesday night, when The Buffalo News, in conjunction with the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, holds its annual Tax Help Line Call-In program.
Nine accountants will take calls and respond to emails on Tuesday from 5 to 9 p.m.
