The Buffalo Urban League will hold its annual meeting and community update at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Central Library, One Lafayette Square.
The organization’s formal annual report will be released to the public during the meeting and its incoming board of directors will be confirmed.
The Buffalo Urban League has been in existence since 1927 and has had as its main mission the economic and social empowerment of African Americans in the community.
Brenda McDuffie is president and chief executive officer of the organization.
